Nestled near central Kirkwood, this home added 900 square feet with an upstairs addition expertly built by Taylor Construction + Design.

Studio Hall was tapped to design the new primary bathroom as well as to select updated interior and exterior paint colors.

Inspired by the owner’s California-modern aesthetic, we incorporated earthy materials, mixed metals, and a warm, neutral palette to create a serene oasis.
