This 1908 family home was renovated and redesigned following a plumbing leak. Turning lemons into lemonade, we tackled the main level (opening the kitchen onto the living room, creating a new mudroom and pantry, and building a dreamy library wall—complete with rolling ladder!) as well as the second level bathrooms.

The dining / music room was unharmed in the leak but next on the docket for a style upgrade, getting a moody teal makeover—stay tuned for photos!
